Liisa Ivary

Liisa Ivaryis a director, actor, choreographer and audiobook narrator. For Ashland New Plays Festival, she was in Go. Please. Go. (2017), Oberon Springs (2016), The Bottle Tree (2015) and directed the 2015 production of Omission. She spent several seasons in the acting companies at Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Utah Shakespeare Festival, Pioneer Theatre Company, Arizona Theatre Company, Missouri Repertory Theater, Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and Alabama Shakespeare Festival, among others.

Film/TV credits include Beth (featured) in Walk-In (NBC); Jenny (co-star) in Nora’s Christmas Gift (Bonneville); Donna (featured) in Indigo (Emissary Productions). She appeared on Santa Barbara, One Life to Live, and American River. She has directed at Southern Oregon University, Rogue Music Theatre, North Medford High School, and Ashland High School and was artistic director of Ashland Community Theater.

Liisa has an MFA from American Conservatory Theatre, San Francisco and a BA in English Literature from Santa Clara University. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA.
